We couldn't resist these Baja Fish Tacos from Renae at How to Have it All. We think these would make an excellent summer meal.

For dessert we thought we'd have these Pina Colada Cupcakes. What a scrumptious and delightful treat from A Kitchen Hoor'.

And we couldn't forget a Skinny Citrus Margarita from Life in My Empty Nest, to round off our perfect meal. Now... you could always substitute this with a virgin citrus drink or lemonade, but this
looks so good!
