I thought I was going to lose my mind.
Which is why I get so excited when I find a recipe that she likes & will eat more than once! Which is why I am currently loving my girl Carrie from Frugal Foodie Mama! I decided to try her Easy Cheesy Stove Top Mac 'n Cheese for Princess P & we had a winner! And then when the Hubs got home and saw a huge bowl of mac & cheese in the fridge, he didn't even bother warming it up. Nope, he just chowed down on cold mac n cheese. I'm going to go with that means it's a winner in his book too.
The recipe couldn't have been any easier! One pot and about 20 minutes later, I had a homemade bowl of mac n cheese for Princess P's lunch plus enough left over to feed her lunch again even after the Hubs had his fair share :)
I made her recipe as is, so if you're looking for a great and easy homemade macaroni & cheese, head over to Frugal Foodie Mama to grab the recipe!!
Another reason I love Carrie is because she has such an amazing heart!! Carrie has been spending her free time lately planning & organizing an online bake sale to honor her friend Kate!
The Baking for Kate online bake sale begins tonight at midnight EST!! I am so honored to be a part of this sale & I can't wait to see how the blogging community comes together to honor Kate!!
To be sure you're all set up to go for the sale, please make sure you click on over and give the Baking For Kate Facebook page a like. That is where ALL the bidding will be taking place, and you don't want to miss out on bidding on one of your favorite goodies, now do you? ;)
