INGREDIENTS:
1 head cauliflower
1/4 cup olive oil
salt & pepper to season
LETS COOK:
1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
2. Wash and clean the cauliflower, cut off the stem and cut the cauliflower into small pieces.
3. Place the cauliflower in a large bowl and then drizzle with the olive oil. Toss the cauliflower in the oil to evenly coat all of the pieces. Season with salt & pepper.
4. Place the cauliflower onto a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake for 45 minutes - 1 hour, stirring the cauliflower about every 15 minutes to make sure all sides are getting browned.
NOTES:
*As you can tell from the picture, I like my vegetables really roasted, the browner the better!! But if you prefer them not quite as dark, just adjust your cooking times to your liking.
*I served this with the Glazed Pork Chops
