It's been a hot, hot summer already - full of sunshine, humidity & big Texas hair!!  That's what makes summer such a perfect opportunity to experiment with local food and fresh veggies.  Indoors.  In the air conditioning.  Do any of y'all visit your Farmer's Market?  We have a great one here in Dallas & I have to admit I've never been!!
